Genre/hybrid genre: Action/Thriller/Post Apocalyptic, this movie is less fragmented than Mad Max although both are absed upon creepy thoughts. The Movie itself is very clever as it is all about a virus that is very contagious, and if you catch the virus you become a hybrid zombie with no sense of pain or fear that moves like an animal with great speed. The movie itself makes the viewer jump as there are a lot of jump scares.Narrative: Non Linear, Lots of different news scenes showing the virus spreading and effecting everybody.
Location: Lots of different locations to show that the virus has spread world wide. All of the scenes are shot in different countries as it shows Brad Pitt escaping and fighting the virus with his family. Some of the main locations are London, Scotland, America, The UAE etc...

Characters:- The Main characters are Brad Pitt and his family who are travelling all around the world to try to escape from the killer virus, as you can see the virus turns everybody else into hybrid mutated zombies.
Voice Over: There are the news reporters voicing over the opening scene explaining to the audience that the virus is spreading rapidly
Pacing: The pacing in the opening credits are very smooth and have interesting in focus triangles moving around the screen to interest the viewer.
On-screen graphics/captions: The graphics are very clever as they only show little section of the frame in focus through triangles that interest the viewer, the cuts are smooth and almost unnoticeable. Editing & post production (can include special effects): smooth cuts and different scenes of the virus and infected people but that is all out of focus but a little in focus triangle showing small segments of the scene in focus drawing the viewers attention to the fact that the virus is unclear.
Music and other sound effects: thousand effects are like delayed and fragmented bass, and the news reporter talking and very loud disturbing zombie sounds.
Camerawork: The camera movement is very frantic to keep up with the idea of a crazy frantic scene.
